Anyone who wants to play...
This is Fun!
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember--it can be funny, weird, awkward, random, etc.!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I love this game...I remember when you lived in Milford and we would walk up the street every day to visit...I remember the beauty shop and how I would take a nap in the tanning bed, or you would pay us $1 to clean the combs or rinse the sink...I will never forget you riding the slip 'n slide :) and I always loved 4th of July parades with you and gramps!

My all time favorite memory of you is when I got you a Mr. Goodbar at the drug store and you took a bite of it and found "half" a worm!!

Oh and when I came for a visit and tried to convince you to let me shave my legs. I had you talked into it until you decided to double check with my mom. I was so mad when she said no!!

Well,wah!wah!..Im feeling sorry for myself! I only have 2 comments, but that's because I am so perfect!(HeHe) and no body can think of anything to say. It's ok if you think up some little white lies or even some big truths!....
maybe Grandpa Swede can fill in his information about me. I'm sure it would be very interesting!& entertaining. I can promise his truthfulness(ya right!) can come up with some real stuff that will burn ears!
I might even have to tell you some of my secrets... like when I stuffed my bras with socks or toilet paper, or when Rachel wrote in her little book, they made in grade school, that she hated it when I squeezed her cute little cheeks.
Or Little Russell told Grandpa, as we were driving out in the brush and weeds in the Ramcharger:
"You know what Grandpa?..Grandma looks just like a duck when she wears that mask." LOVED IT!
Hey! I know you can think of some stuff about your crazy old grandma.
Bring it on! (you don't have to be polite! I will love to hear it!
Love ya!

I have so many fun memories of you, Grams, that I can't decide which one to write about. It seems like I was raised in the beauty shop. Remember when I was only ten or eleven and you let me cut your hair? You brave, brave woman! We would always go down to Helene's deli for lunch, or to the drug store for a chocolate cherry iron port. I used to love to sleep over at your house in Milford. You always had Chips A'Hoy cookies, wheat bread, Frosted Mini Wheats, and Honeycomb cereal to snack on. I could go on and on! Love you Grandma!

Im so excited! Melissa sent me a comment! I want her to know that was the best haircut I ever had!
And to Crystal's comment...I still don't see anything wrong with shaving those legs back then. After all it's only hair! And as for the poor worm "that was the end of him"
To: Nettie Skettie...I loved those memories and all your help and had so much fun at the parades with you too! Remember! I believe it was Melissa or one of you that was thirsty and took a drink from the dirty water that sanitized the combs. We had to hurry and give her an antidote, so she wouldn't get sick! pretty scary that time!
What memories! Always loved being with you all.
Love you!

What about when it was one of our birthdays...the big treat was to spend the night with Grandma on her waterbed. And how about when Dad gave her that watch and asked Grandma what time it was. In all seriourness, Grandma said, "35:01" or something like that. The watch was really upside down and it was like 10:53. And last but not least, how many times did Grandma pay at the drive thru and then drive away w/out her food. She was always too embarassed to go back :) Gotta love ya Grandma!
